And when those felons with guns get busted, that charge is usually plea-bargained away. I guess that keeps the system employed.

The sad part is you already have the right to carry a concealed firearm in your home or place of business (except in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Chicago). We just want the right to defend ourselves and our fellow citizens when going about our day.

Well, apparently people from Chicago must be stupid then because there's a damn good chance the criminal in the picture on the left doesn't have a license to carry. Most people who use guns to commit crimes are prior felons who aren't eligible to receive permits. Doesn't stop them though, they just break the law!
