A plea agreement seems likely in the case of a former administrative assistant in the political science department who is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the university. Rhonda Musgrave, 41, of Anna, appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court for a preliminary hearing on felony charges stemming from accusations by the university that she illegally spent its money for personal use.
