After a strong opening weekend in the Missouri Valley Conference, the SIU softball team couldn't keep its streak going against Wichita State. The Salukis (15-14, 3-3 MVC) opened up MVC play with a sweep of Northern Iowa on March 15 and 16, but had the tables turned as they were swept on the road against the Shockers (22-12, 4-2) during the weekend.…
